Self Healing: Feet

In this session of the Self Healing program, Mariya will share with you a simple exercise to adjust the toes and the balls of the feet. You will sit with a straight spine, knees firmly help into the chest by the arms. Inhale and rock forward in an effort to get onto the feet. Although this will not be possible, in the effort to do so the appropriate muscular tension will be created. This exercise is great to strengthen the feet and ease foot pain and tiredness.
