This emotional balance meditation is simple and powerful. If you are feeling worried, upset, or feel totally lost and your emotions are overwhelming, do this meditation. It will immediately calm you down and will balance the functional brain, restoring you back to a state of neutrality.

Before doing this meditation drink a glass of water. In easy pose, keep the spine straight and the pelvis tilted slightly forward. Place your arms around you, crossing the arms, and bringing the hands under the armpits. Hug the palms to the body and raise the shoulders up, but do not strain the neck. Focus at the brow point. Breathe normally, let the breath be effortless, the breath will regulate itself. Feel your radiance and tranquillity at the centre of your being. To finish, inhale deeply and exhale.
