Welcome to Day 5 of the Beginners Program! Today, Mariya will continue talking about different breathing techniques used in Kundalini Yoga. In this class, you will learn one of the foundational breath techniques in Kundalini Yoga: Breath of Fire which accompanies many postures and has numerous benefits. Breath of Fire is a rhythmic breath with equal emphasis on the inhale and exhale. It’s done by pumping the naval point towards the spine on the exhale and releasing the naval out on the inhale.
