Welcome to Day 10 of the Beginners program! Today Mariya will talk about body locks, called Bandhas. The locks are the basic techniques that increases the flow of energy produced within the body and that consolidate the effects of your practice. There are three main body locks in Kundalini Yoga: Neck Lock, Diaphram Lock and the Root Lock.
