Kundalini Yoga is a great way of transforming the self as it is a mixture of movement, mantra, posture, meditation, relaxation in very specific sequences called Kriya which helps to release the energy within. Kundalini energy is the energy of consciousness and self awareness so when this energy is awakened we free ourselves from self defeating and self disruptive patterns and reach out true potential- we transform ourselves. Kundalini Yoga works very quickly and the effects are immediate and lasting.
