In this class we will look to address irritability and continue to work on anger. Irritability can result from anxiety, depression, after drinking alcohol or withdrawal from alcohol, sign of bipolar disorder or depression, stress, fasting, menopause, or irritability for no reason. Managing irritability is not an easy process but this meditation is specifically designed to address this state and conquer inner anger. It will give you new life and will change your personality completely.
