Today we are going to work on our memory gland and focus all the practice in massaging and stimulating the area located half an inch under the skull, in line with the third eye. This yoga exercise will not only improve your memory but will also boost your mood. Kundalini yoga is found to be especially effective with memory improvement via the use of mantras. In this class, we will chant a beautiful mantra which vibrations are particularly helpful with memory function, mental focus and brain power.
