Aradhana Kaur (Alison Bowker) is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and a row food master chef. Her path has let her through many different teachings and spiritual quests. She has gone through meditation and Buddhism, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Reiki, tai chi and life coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique and the Body Mirror System, Energetic Neuro Linguistic Programing and Metatronic Healing. Over the years, however, yoga has always held its special place in her heart. She has tried different traditions like Naam Yoga and Soma Yoga, but always returned to Kundalini Yoga, which she discovered in 2004. Later she trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher with the Karam Kriya School.
Aradhana Kaur receives her spiritual name from 3HO, the global community of Kundalini Yoga, in 2010. Her perception of yoga reflects her numerous travels in Asia and Africa, and cultural influence from all over the world. In 2009 she discovers the delight of eating row food, which perfectly resonates with the principles of Kundalini. Ever since, she has devoted herself to sharing and spreading the joyful vibe that row food brings to her life.
In her own words Aradhana Kaur explains her enthusiasm for raw food as an inner necessity. She admits that she has accepted it as a sign and spiritual revelation. She never looked back, because for her the raw diet is an essential part of a satisfying lifestyle, which relies on nature and intuition.
