Catherine began her career as a Personal Assistant working in the UK and abroad for high profile individuals. In 2000 Catherine diversified her career and trained as an integrative psychotherapist in London where she now runs a private practice seeing clients for one-to-one psychotherapy. With an increasing interest in the mind-body link and specifically how burn out, anxiety and depression manifest in the physical body, Catherine began training as a Kundalini yoga teacher in London, France, Russia and Rishikesh, India.
